Slow and steady wins the race! going to Olive Garden for an early dinner with my parents, and I already have planned what I'm getting and the calories involved! I will not sabotage all my hard work so far!!
194.2 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
