I refuse to accept the PCF scale #'s. So if I go by the scale at home I'm not doing so bad after having a tough week of cheat meals. Finally back on track!
113.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
