I dropped 2 pounds but then my body fat went up....dislike! I think I need to quite worrying about the numbers and stop snacking on so many nuts.

started out eating paleo then friends of mine made me cookies and a oh so yummy chocolate birthday cake. I had 2 drinks for the night and started fasting at 11pm last night. My goal is to try to make it 5pm.

happy with my measurements....finally seeing BF % go down but not the numbers on the scale which is pretty hard to swallow.

On a meal plan now. Eating 4 meals a day and a crap load of water.

I refuse to accept the PCF scale #'s. So if I go by the scale at home I'm not doing so bad after having a tough week of cheat meals. Finally back on track!
