day 1 of Optavia 60 day challenge.
I have used this program to drop weight quickly.
I kept it off for 24 months.
then COVID19 came a long and I guess a side effect of the virus is weight gain... cause I did! lol
so I re-upped for 60 days. that is about all I can commit to before 'life happens'.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
