That's a little better but was hoping for a new number. Maybe tomorrow. Having a heavier meal at night definitely did a better job so I'll need to keep that in mind. I added olive oil over the stir fry with a packet of soy sauce so I think that also helped.
Eggs and bacon, chicken, peppers and cabbage on the menu today. Then after work, teaching granddaughter how to knit. Apparently she's obsessed with anything to do with yarn, rope or string but needs a little help with her project.
