I went over my macs a little yesterday because I was mindlessly eating some pork rinds (WHY?) and then I was super pissy last night and had some chocolate while I was lounging in bed watching Winx on Netflix. My life is so grand haha.

Still going up, getting more pissed by the minute. I bought pop tarts out of the vending machine because that'll teach me!!
263.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@liv I havent actually eaten them because I know its completely ridiculous so I guess thats a positive step? @joelilavois- Sorry! Yes - I did mean Macros! I dont know why I have to leave out 2 letters like its saving me so much time.😂

no I seriously don't know what a macro is.. I'll google it, but am new to this, and have no idea what it is

OH I misunderstood! Macros are basically the 3 main nutrients that your calories are made of. Each gram of protein and carbohydrate is equal to 4 calories, each gram of fat is 9 calories. So then what you choose to be your calorie level is broken down by each of those. If you dont mind "language" then this guy explains it well. https://physiqonomics.com/calories/
