The weight loss is slowing down :( miserably. But I still have 2 days left to finish this short term diet of meat, veg and fruits. Ate my last pear. Felt kinda guilty about it. Dont really feel hungry. I would like some meat though....hmmm.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
