So we have an official problem! I know I'm pregnant, but I should not be gaining weight this fast. I'm officially at 15 pounds at 15 weeks. That's probably 10 pounds too many. Truly I think I felt so sick that I gave up on myself. N o w I regret it and am going to just track what I weigh and eat. I need to maintain this weight for a while.

I have been there. Morning sickness and cravings make it so difficult. Just try to focus on eating health foods. The baby needs the healthy, steady food intake. Just focus on good choices and not too much on the scale At 15 weeks, the morning sickness should be improving and that should make it easier to make good choices. There is also lots of fluid weight with pregnancy in all stages, so don't get too wrapped up in "fat" gain.

Thanks for the support. I guess it just hit me yesterday that I am a little dissappointed in myself. I was so excited to be pregnant, and look pregnant, but I'm just looking rather "healthy". I didn't think I had cravings, really, but it turns out that I'm liking cheesy and carby foods. I was just in denial about gaining weight. Now I have to make the next three months better. But yeah, if this sickness (all day, if you ask me) would go away, I'd be able to eat more healthy foods. Currently only comfort stuff is appealing. (Like potatoes, and bagels with cream cheese).
