I lost 3.4 lbs. at out Biggest Loser weigh-in today, so I feel great for what I've accomplished. Ate a little more that I should have yesterday, but it was a long day and felt I walked off the extra.
263.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 88.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
