Need advice. Doing a lot of work on the computer right now. And, for some reason when I'm sitting & looking at a computer for long periods of time I want to eat. Need some advice on how to avoid major munchies. ;-)
123.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Go ahead and eat - but veggies and fruit! Bell peppers are nice and crunchy.
