Still sick! No gym yet this week. So sad.. but hope to be back to 100% tomorrow. Good news? Still holding steady at 181, after gaining a few pounds temporarily following my ridiculous free day (Sunday).
181.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
