Ate more processed food. Had red river with brown sugar. Ate Indian takeout two days in a row. Too many nuts. Weed leads to munchies so I need to cut that again.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
