Hmm. No weight rebound after all, after the bigger drop yesterday.

Progress is still steady, although it's taking more willpower and determination lately. With work getting busier and stressful, the temptation to skip the exercise and eat more is much stronger. Fortunately, I -like- eating better foods, so at least the temptation to binge on junk isn't too strong....
160.6 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
