Just to memorialize the math on the notepad in front of me...
Lost 11.4 lbs in the last 42 days, since Dec. 1 Which is 1.9 per week over the last 6 weeks, which is 27.1% of a pound each day, which, at 3500 calories per pound, would mean a daily calorie deficit average of 950 per day.
And eyeballing my diet calendar, that seems to be very close to what it shows. I guess the numbers there are fairly accurate after all.
