I am excited about the weight loss even though my workouts were limited this week. I did however keep up with my eating habits knowing I was not going to be burning off any extra calories.
Yesterday I got in Level I and Level II. Today I plan to get back on track and begin my work week with a good workout in the morning.
Toddler still not feeling well,last night at 1:30 am, 103.2 temperature rectal. He was not happy, but I had to know for sure what his temp was. The ear thermometer was reading 104.5. He was so dehydrated too, just kept wanting more juice. I think he drank two of his 6 oz sippy cups of water (with a touch of juice for flavor). He was also scarfing down apple sauce.
I hope today the fevers are over and he can start getting back to normal. This ear infection is really taking a toll on him.
