So I gained back 1.3 kg of the 7.3 I lost during my 7 day water fast - less than I expected and totally fine. I am now on intermittent fasting (the easiest one), eating 10 hours and fasting 14 hours a day. First meal at 10h00 and last meal done eating at 20h00. It's really not difficult and I am expecting great long-term effects and benefits. 🎉💃
218.3 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
