Not sure where this weight gain is coming from. I've worked out every day this week and kept my calories in check. Very odd!

Well if you have worked out more than usual and feel some muscle soreness, the gain can be from muscle edema (muscles retain water to help them heal). It is temporary and will go away. Sodium, hormones, stress, medications, and many other things can effect your daily water weight. Many things can make the scale go up temporarily. If you weigh daily, you need to be prepared for that. Your weight can fluctuate hourly.
