Started my challenge today. Have kept hydrated according to the mini challenge and walked briskly for 30 minutes this morning. Had water and tea, but no food...feeling a little light headed, but I don't feel hungry yet. I only want to eat when I feel like eating. It's 8.45am and I will probably have breakfast at 9.30/10am. Sitting at my computer to start my days work. I CAN do this!!

I am proud of myself...I have done well, kept hydrated and eaten properly. Finished work for the day and now must cook supper for the family. We are having braised mince and cauliflower on a bed of green beans tossed in garlic butter...I made this last week and it was SO yummy! Even the kids liked it.
