had to do it in 2 different sessions.
4200 +3800 or 3 3/4 miles. finding it hard to do second session..but I did it! Yeh!
191.8 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
