Well my muscles were way too sore for a normal workout today, couldnt manage a sit up if i tried, so intead i put on some good music and danced like nobody was eatching for an hour. Will still do a vit of a workout this afternoon coz my muscles seem to have loosened up a bit after dancing like a crazy person.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
