Ate like a pig yesterday, haha. Lentils, beans, chic peas, rice, naan, curry galore, fruit, and nuts. Weight is still falling off. My mood is great. Sleeping better. Started resistance training.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
