Started eating better (a little bit) and running(9/28/13) - so I've added a bit of muscle. I feel a bit better in my clothes. But nothing drastic. Same weight but I look smaller - a couple people have commented, have you lost weight? So in shape at 175 is MUCH better than fat/blubber at 175. I keep sticking with the motto" Something (some kind of workout) is better than nothing". Before if I only had 30 min window in my day and could only possibly fit in, changing and all, a 20 min workout, I wouldn't do it, thinking 20 minutes - that's not worth it... but it IS. Developing and maintaining muscle now in my late 30's is going to be easier than in my 40's or 50's ... I'm convinced every little bit helps. Besides that 20min my just create enough positive endorphins in my brain to make better food choices the rest of the day or night!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

Good for you! You're right, something is better than nothing, and getting those good habits in now will help us as we get older.
