woohoo 6 1/4 inches to boot. That's a total of 72 lbs to bad It's taken 2 years. Wish I had fatsecret before It's a handy little tool.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
