Well the last few months really crept up on me. I maintained weight for close to 10 months, then the last 3 work got very busy and I stopped really paying attention. It doesn't help that I like to eat and drink while stressed, which is never a good way to deal with it. Twenty-two pounds may not be the end of the world, but I'm really disappointed in myself after how hard I worked to get down and stay down at ~220. The new dress clothes I've purchased I now can't wear, as they are slim fit, and that just gets under my skin. Two and a half months ago I ran two half marathons, now I can't even run a 5k without having to stop. Just really disappointed.
