Exercise: 45 min elliptical 3.0 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body
Vitamins: No (I have to remember to take these!!)
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - Red blotches are starting to lighten, spots are healing with no new ones, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
