ok so i have the first week behind me and even though iv only lost 1 pound im still motivated looking back at my week i know exactly where i need improvment! so im going to work on these few things and compare! whooo hooo!!!!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

ok im confused by this site sometimes..... my beggining weight is supposed to be 198 but it has me down for 195 so it think i havnt lost any weight?????? not cool!
