man this is hard!!! i need to figure out how i can diet and still have a social life caus eright now im failing at it miserably!

ok iv been sick for the last three days and i totally lost sight of my goal dang it!!!! i ate really bad foods and i layed around because i was sick...soooo now its time to get back on the horse! im not going to get discuraged! just need to get back on it! starting right NOW!!!!!!!!!

ok so i have the first week behind me and even though iv only lost 1 pound im still motivated looking back at my week i know exactly where i need improvment! so im going to work on these few things and compare! whooo hooo!!!!

The hardest part of my day is Dinner time! I really struggle to keep my portions down! it takes me a very long time to get home from work and by the time i get situated at home and get dinner made i am starving!!! i know that im over eating at dinner and its a real bummer i hope it doesnt mess up my entire day of good eating :(

i have been up and down and up and down im really hoping to get my weight under control and live my life!!!! im hoping that this website will give me some motivation and support!!! Jamie, Tiff im going to be weighing in on monday i hope you girls do the same!!! lets hear it for new and improved life styles!!!
