Feast day...roughly translated food, glorious food.
I just finished what I'm calling a "naked omelette", meaning that all of the ingredients are there but thrown together at the end. I say I finished it, but I couldn't because I was full... and now I've learned what that is.
I just read way back and see just how deep this shit goes man. This monkey is getting off my back or he's hiking up the mountain with me.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 91.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
