1888 kcal Fat: 60.89g | Prot: 97.13g | Carb: 212.11g.   Breakfast: Huevos Rancheros - Fried Eggs Breakfast Platter, Silk soymilk, black tea. Lunch: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: extra virgin olive oil, escarole, kale soup, feta, brown rice, sliced honey ham, wasa light rye, swiss cheese. Snacks/Other: beer, cheddar cheese, whole wheat bread, banana, activia yogurt, Silk soymilk, black tea, Banana. more...
