After a busy last week, restarting Focus T25 and diet. Going hard now.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1841 kcal Fat: 74.29g | Prot: 80.55g | Carb: 213.36g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), Milk (Nonfat), Kellogg's Special K Multi-Grain Cereal. Lunch: Wegmans Shrimp Tempura Roll, Mountain Dew Diet Mountain Dew (20 oz Bottle). Dinner: Penne, Trader Joe's Italian Style Turkey Meatloaf, Crystal Light Iced Tea Natural Lemon. Snacks/Other: Kraft Velveeta Spicy Sausage Dip, Tortilla Corn Chips, David Seeds Roasted and Salted Sunflower Seeds. more...
