Was a little embarrassed at first, but I had to go public. I'm a former WW who never "got" tracking, but the proof is right there. Looking forward to this journey...
392.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
