Yeeeeeaaahh all that hard work has payed off!!! Just got to keep with it!!! Feeling alot better cutting out alcohol and eating alot more fruit and veg!!!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
