Yippie...I met one my goals to fit in a blouse I got from Italy 4 years ago that I only wore 1 time. I put it on this morning and it fits better than before. Now to lose a couple more to fit into the Italian suit. Feeling good this morning...lets ride the high!
180.3 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 30.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
