Not much of a surprise that I've gone up. I knew I would go up a bit over the holidays. I ate terribly but did work out a bit to try to curb it a bit. I did weigh myself last week at 170.4 but didn't record my weight here. It's all good though, now that the holidays are over I can focus on myself again - to a point, since my kids are back in remote learning now and I somehow still need to work from home. Let's hope the stress doesn't make this healthy lifestyle/weight reduction too impossible!
