Lasagna
237.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Sassy Girl 👋 I see lasagna was your yummy dinner last night so let’s just say that gain I am assuming is from our sneaky friend SODIUM !!! Cheese and tomato sauce taste so good but are high salt problems for us 🥺 And being pregnant 🤰🏽 it’s really a health problem with blood pressure And because you’re my friend I worry so please be safe and monitor the hidden sodium in all the tasty food we are tempted by every day I am just losing waterweight gained from indulging in every thing I could get hold of chips,cheese,popcorn and deli meats ... add candy and salty crackers and pretzels 🥨 = 205 up to 220 Yikes 😱 So I am back to trying more 212 today 🙏🏻🙋🏻‍♀️💕

Speaking of the demon salt 🧂 My sweet son just ordered pizza 🍕😱🥺 Just have to look the other way when it arrives🙈 🥴🤐😵😹 Stressed out and nauseous from new medication so turning to comfort food is his cure ???

It's not worth it. It is a very high price to pay for very short period of gratification. There is nothing wrong with indulging once in awhile if you are in order over 80% of the time; otherwise it only results in added suffering. All the best wishes to you and your baby. Namaste🙏
