I have been really active the last few days and it feels good. I also set up to walk with my walking buddy on my days off as well so in two weeks I will be doing structured Yoga and a structured walk 2x a week each! That is really good. Maybe I can slowly start adding the Wii Fit back into my schedule, somewhere ;)
Old Man Scale: While food has been "okay" (I am eating a little too much: past satisfied) my activity seems to have made up for it and he is being tolerant :)
