Even though I didn't figure out how to keep up with the challenge entry. I did do what I was challenged to do. Hopefully the next challenge I will have it all figured out.
155.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
