Started yesterday, did 12 push ups. Not bad for a start.
Today 10/8/13 did one set of 12, break, one set of 15 push ups.
Just want to get stronger!!!!
111.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
