I need to catch up on tracking my glucose numbers, I got side tracked a bit.
This Week -
Monday 85AM-BB , 105 BT
Tuesday 94AM-BB
Wednesday 77AM-AB, 139 BT
Thursday 127AM-BB, 110AM-After 45min workout, 2 slices pepperjack cheeze, 119BT
Friday 111AM-BB, 97AL, 95BT
Saturday 103AM-BB

Happy to report another pound gone, looks to me like I still need to change up WHAT I eat, less fat and protein and get better about green carbs.
Off I go to the basement, for my Saturday workout.
