I knew I was losing weight, but I was shocked to see my scale this morning. A 1.3 lb weight loss in one day!? Anywhoo, it's great motivation. Headed to the gym today with a friend and looking forward to it!
181.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
