ARRGH! Indulged my craving for fat and carbs far more than intended, plus over my RDI!!! I must admit, this app is eye opening. I can stay within calories, but the mix of fat, carbs, and proteins is far more "katty-whampuss" than I thought. Eating out more since coming back to work. No wonder I'm not losing to expectations. I also must get back on the exercise. I'm really failing in that category.
