Reduce calories and track= being more mindful, able to ID patterns

Working out/ lifting weights/ squats/ walking= being more mindful to eat healthier, to look better, and most importantly feel better mentally and emotionally.
201.9 lb Lost so far: 19.1 lb.    Still to go: 43.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
