It is SO encouraging to see progress! It's been a hard week - counting calories and exercising every day, but seeing the scale go down makes it all worth it! Two things that I think really helped me this week was greatly increasing the amount of water I was drinking and (hardest of all), not snacking in the evening while watching TV with my hubby. I read in some diet book that you shouldn't eat two hours before going to bed and that seems to have made a difference in the way I feel when I woke up this week. Just have to keep the momentum going...
