I feel like I am making great progress. Every week I set new PRs on my lifts. It's weird. For example last week I did 3x8 for both legs on the one-legged leg press with 140lbs, and I struggled on that last set of 8. But this week I had the same exact experience, except I was working at 150lbs. I'm sure next week I will be getting 3x8 or close to it with 160lbs.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
