Ate 3 small meals and started fasting by noon. Fasted 19hours.
112.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I didn't feel as hungry as I thought I would. Easier than I thought. I actually felt pretty good before, during and after my WOD.
