hi folks woww a week off exercise and about 3days off not counting calories ive sadly put on a few extra lbs oh well time for the new year back to the grind..hope every1 is enjoying the holidays..:)
168.9 lb Lost so far: 70.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
