I am going to have to start phase 2 all over again. I am actually considering starting at phase 1 again. I just keep snacking on things that I know I should not be eating. I really want to go through all the phases the right way, as its the best way to get the most results out of the diet and I want to prove to myself that I have the self-discipline to do this.

I've been working out consistently which is great for me, and I am seizing every moment I can to do something physical. I've stopped taking the elevator at work, I walk outside for 30 minutes when the weather permits and I try to alternate between weight training and cardio on a regular basis. I am starting a new workout regime today, so I hope over the next few weeks, I get better results from my diet.

I have a new target to hit. I am purchasing my new bathing suit today for a pool party I have to attend June 23rd. Even closer than June 23rd is my birthday on June 17th. I want to shed 5.5 lbs by my birthday or no later than pool party day.

I'm just pretty disgusted with myself right now, because I keep cheating. Its getting a little old. I know what I should be eating and I should just eat it. I mean really, its not that complicated.

*sigh* this is no way to start a gloomy Tuesday morning.

Don't beat yourself up! You are consistently losing weight and working out, which is awesome! Ian Smith stessed on CFC that you should aim to eat clean 80% of the time rather than trying 100% and setting yourself up for a failure since NO ONE eats clean 100% of the time. After my 3 day cake weekend, I feel like I am back to square one and I know I shouldn't since I have made good progress. We just need to have our occasional indulgences and move on! Your graph is looking great! I don't think you should feel about not meeting up to your standards-- we all have to LIVE after all!! Give yourself some brownie points when you do something positive and working to that goal-- we'll all get there!! One day at a time!!

Keep your chin up! By the looks of your chart, you are doing pretty amazing stuff over there. Everyone has some good and some bad days, remember that. If your mind is set, you can do it! And you will do it! We are here with you!!!

You are doing great !!! don't get discouraged. We are all proud of your prgress just look at you chart....You are Smashing!! We are human and will slip the good thing is you know when you slip and you get right back on the smashing wagon.. You are doing it ...Keep up the good work... P.S (Go to www.tickerfactory.com to create a weight loss ticker it will ask for a password so you can come back an update it for your weekly weigh in or what ever day you choose hope that helps)
