Slowly slowly does it nicely... My new walking shoes arriving today and the sore foot is not sore anymore. I pray that they fit, never bought shoes online before. Excited to start walking again.
227.7 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
