Exercising regularly now including lots of reps with light weight and the push ups challenge. Also doing 15-20 minutes each morning of stretching on the balance ball. I can feel the changes in my body and soon hope to see more muscle change as well. It could slow the weight loss, but at least muscle is the better weight to have. As long as I continue to sense the good changes I am happy with the work and effort.
192.4 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
