It's going really well. I struggle to eat all the calories my body needs in a day, I am so used to eating way too little (and used to be almost all sweets). HARD to do exercise every day as my working hours are so long and mentally stretching. Slowly though... just 100g weight loss per day equals 36.5kg in one year!!!
